Bubble Football is a contact sport, so there might be an opportunity to get injured. As it is in all contact sports or a traditional football game. When you follow the instructions and don’t make any crazy tackles or what so ever there is no more risk than a regular game of indoor football. Just like any sport, bubble football can have its own risks. But Bubble Football is safe to play!

Before you start with a game of Bubble Football, as with all sports, it is wise to warm up the muscles. After warming up you can start your Amsterdam Bubble Football game!

When doing a lot of exercise, you need to make sure you drink enough. So start with drinking a bit of water and make sure you drinks as well during the bubble football game.

Amsterdam Bubble Football conducted hundreds of games since 2015 and we are proud to say that we have had no history of major bubble soccer injuries (besides an twisted ankle or knee, which can also happen with a regular game of football) in the past 5 years or for that matter since we introduced the bubble football game in 2015.
